Still didn’t see anything in the @GitHub actions announcement today about organizations. (I’m also kinda wondering if Pro is required. What exactly am I still paying for?)
yep, just found the pricing. Pro gets you an additional 1000 minutes which is a bargain considering $.08 a minute. But didn’t realize GitHub Pages was now Pro. good to know. Thanks!
Probably just GitHub Pages for private repositories though, still free for public ones I expect
as @voxpelli pointed out to me, Pro gets you Pages & protected branches. With Actions, you get an additional 1000 minutes of CI/CD in private repos (2000 for free account) help.github.com/en/articles/gi…
that’s Pages on private repos. 🤔
Aside from the extra 1000 minutes of private CI/CD which I currently don’t have a need for, not really a reason I need to pay. Just feels weird **not** paying for the service.
You get a “Pro” badge on your profile when paying 😉 Isn’t that reason enough?
Check the pricing on github.com/features/actio… for info on CI time includes for private repositories for higher price levels for both people and organizations.
Apart from that you pay for eg: help.github.com/en/articles/gi…
I also think eg. Draft PR:s requires a Pro repo owner.
