Are there any of those desktop email clients with the master inbox with a focus mode to hide all but one?
Realized what I’m looking for is a tab bar & be able to mute all other accounts. I might look at Thunderbird. I haven’t used that in a long time. 🍻

I don’t know if I get what you want right, but Thunderbird has a main inbox and can also show single inboxes in the same view.
