Actually, the cloud tab toolbar icon in Safari desktop makes it surprisingly easy to triage all of the iOS Safari tabs. 
an author (Miklb Mindless Ramblings)I need to schedule a full day to just triage all of the links I sent to Safari iOS because they’re more desktop oriented. Not a tenable solution.
