Week has been a struggle, but for this old broken line cook the joy I felt finally making brownies from scratch in my very own KitchenAid mixer & baking them in my 60 year old oven I resurrected salvaged the week. I think I undercooked mine a bit, pretty wet still in center pieces but I’m still dialing in the oven and hotspots with the new element. It’s ~50Β° off from the dial. I love that there’s a temp to check for, I just tested a corner and not center. But it’s perfect.
