First thing I was going to make from @bravetart’s book was the Dark Chocolate Cream Pie. But I just ate some of my fresh tangy yogurt with store bought graham crackers, so I’m switching recipes to the home made graham crackers. And I have a new favorite snack.

I’m afraid to make graham crackers. My dogs recognize the crinkle of the wrapper when I open the pkg to have a snack, and they practically attack me to get them. Can you imagine what they’d do for amazing homemade crackers?
