I really need to keep a stash of ’00’ flour around for times the fresh pasta bug bites.

Dude. My local grocery store stopped carrying it! I’m jonesing for some pizza dough! (Yes, I know I could use *other* flour…)

yep, same with the pasta, but that’s not the pasta I want to make or crave.
