Well, I’m a mid thirties slacker, who has tried unsuccessfully to find the right restaurant to be a chef at, and am so far behind the curve that I’m afraid I would never make a comfortable living working in web design/development, that I’m sorta in limbo. Meanwhile I try and fish when I can, and keep plugging away at both food and the web. In between all that, I try to keep up with local, national, and global news and politics, and rant about that which drives me nuts. Welcome to miklb.com, my personal site on the web. I used to be a chef, but now occasionally do some cooking around the house, and now do web site development. OMFG! The über classic Ultima III for the Mac (universal binary no less). Thank god it’s $15, or I’d be sure to waste days playing it. (which I did quite a bit of when I used to play this on my C-64)
LifeHacker has a great tip I wasn’t aware of regarding adding a “path” button to the finder window.
It was nice to see MacUpdate has updated their RSS feeds. I first noticed it last week, when more updates were coming through in Google Reader. Then yesterday, I really noticed full feeds with images for the software and better descriptions.
[tags]Mac, software, RSS[/tags]Testing out Ecto, a desktop blogging client. I had only tried MarsEdit, and at the time there was no option for tagging. Now that UTW supports inline tags, this should be a better option.
